Current Responsibilities
As an experienced program manager, Beth Dettmer provides program management, requirements, and process improvement. Beth Dettmer is a versatile team leader member who also can apply experiences in strategy development, planning and implementation, risk management (COBIT and IT SOX), analysis, technology (including ITIL certification), matrix and cross-organizational management, building teams, training, and Program Management Office (PMO) management.
Past Experiences
- As Senior Manager for Ernst & Young Management Consulting, Ms. Dettmer was responsible for managing a large program for the design and implementation of business processes, data conversion, and system integration for data migration.
- As Senior Product Manager and Senior Manager / Director at Qwest, Ms. Dettmer was responsible for Ethernet product development / management, IT SOX, management of Program Management Offices (PMOs), and customer relationship management and requirements for a major SOA implementation using eXtreme Programming teams.
- As Director of Advisory Performance Improvement for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Dettmer provided site leadership to a Performance Improvement consulting practice and planned and pursued business in the Denver market with partners, sales and other staff.
- Ms. Dettmer has
additional experience in roles such as product, marketing,
and implementation for smaller, growing R&D software
companies.
