
Current Responsibilities
As a team member of The Pros From Dover, Inc., Mr. Miller leads teams on assessment, jump start, and enhancement roadmap engagements when his specific skills and leadership are required.
Past Experiences
- As the Lead System Architect at Level(3) Communications, Mr. Miller was responsible for planning and implementation of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). He was also responsible for establishing governance of the enterprise service portfolio, the enterprise integration data model, and the enterprise user interface (UI) strategy.
- As the Lead Data Architect at Level(3) Communications, Jay was responsible for the implementation of the Data Quality program, and for providing direction to the Data Governance program. He was also responsible for the Enterprise Object Model, as well as the implementation of the ODS.
- Jay has led architecture and development teams responsible for implementing Level 3’s inventory and GIS systems. He chaired the Business Process Management System (BPMS) research committee responsible for selecting BPMS tools for the enterprise.
- Mr. Miller has an additional 10 years experience in large scale DoD and telecommunications systems development and integration.
