Steve Rdzak

Current Responsibilities
As a team member of The Pros From Dover, Inc., Mr. Rdzak is a member of the TPFDI teams on assessment, jump start, and enhancement roadmap engagements when his specific skills and leadership are required.


Past Experiences

• As Senior Software Architect for Level 3 Communications, Mr. Rdzak is responsible the system architecture, deployment and operation of a multi broker messaging infrastructure processing more than 1 million messages per day enabling multiple applications to sync data and automate workflow. He specializes in SOA Service Design, SOA Governance and Service Based Architecture and Principles.
• As a Senior Software Architect at Level(3) Communications, Steve was responsible for establishing an enterprise SOA reference architecture, SOA principles, service design and change management strategy, governance model and governance process. He has architected a standards based high availability Enterprise Service Bus and Service Container framework using TIBCO product stack. Steve has also facilitated enterprise-wide solutions and integration strategy combining BPM technology with SOA services. Mr Rdzak has conducted R&D work on next-generation business empowerment strategy focusing on enterprise search and web 2.0 collaboration technology. He has collaborated in the architecture of a high-availability B2B gateway and worked with e-commerce partner team to enable customer e-bonding processes for voice product ordering.
• As a Software Architect at Manugistics Corporation, Mr. Rdzak was responsible for product integration and product development of the capacity scheduling portion of a supply management software suite. He also supported the product installation and implemention with clients like Mobil Oil, Goodyear and Carrier Industries.
• As a Software Developer for Hughes and Raytheon corporations, Mr. Rdzak developed an object-oriented framework; used a base library in support of mission scheduling and planning. He also Developed cross-platform distributed decision support applicatons in support of DOD clients.
• Mr. Rdzak has an additional 8 years of experience performing computer based testing for USN avionics systems.
