Current Responsibilities
As CTO of the Pros From Dover,Inc., Mr. Hull is responsible for development of technical products and intellectual property and for performing our proprietary SOA Audits for our clients; and acts as a team leader on assessment, jump start, and enhancement roadmap engagements when his specific skills and leadership are required. He is the author of our proprietary SOA development methodology.
Past Experiences
- As a Senior Architect at TelCove Communications, Mr. Hull supported the Chief Architect in the creation, implementation and deployment of a highly successful enterprise level services oriented OSS architecture.
- As the President and Principal Engineer of Hull Software Systems, Mr. Hull been a key contributor for distributed and SOA based systems for clients including FedEx, US West, MCI, Dynamics Research and the Principal Group.
- As the Software Architect for AT&T Broadband’s National Access System, Mr. Hull was responsible for re-engineering OSS components, such as the National Access System.
- As a Senior Systems Engineer at multiple aerospace firms, Mr. Hull was responsible for requirements, design and development of satellite, satellite payload, satellite ground control, satellite launch vehicle checkout and secure communications systems like MILSTAR and Fleet SatCom.
- Mr. Hull has an additional 20 years experience in large scale DoD, telecommunications and information technology systems specification, development, integration and deployment
