The Pros From Dover, Inc. (TPFDI) offers three different products to firms beginning, implementing, or figuring out how to improve their implementation of enterprise integration. Normally, TPFDI begins with an assessment of an enterprise and its efforts to improve its business operations support systems (BOSS).
Assessment
For firms who have either started an enterprise integration initiative, or understand that sharing information throughout the enterprise is important, but don’t understand enterprise integration, TPFDI offers a comprehensive assessment of the Financial, Management, Technical and Operations aspects of its effort.
TPFDI will provide unbiased information on where a firm is in its efforts to make business easier through information sharing. If the firm is on target, TPFDI will report that and not keep the firm engaged in additional, costly consulting. However, if the firm isn’t on target, TPFDI will recommend one of two additional products. The recommendation choices will be made on whether or not the firm has started enterprise integration using SOA and BPM or not. If not, TPFDI will suggest the Jump Start product. Otherwise, TPFDI will recommend the Enhancement product. A firm is also able to select these products independently of an assessment.
SOA Jump Start
For firms realizing the need to use legacy databases and software in scalable and innovative ways, TPFDI offers a Jump Start product where our experts identify enterprise integration solutions and whether or not SOA and BPM will provide concrete business benefits. If an assessment shows that a firm needs to understand the benefits of enterprise integration and/or SOA and BPM, the Jump Start will be used to reduce the time it takes for the firm to realize the benefits by 40%!
Enhancement Roadmap
TPFDI also offers comprehensive enhancement recommendations on where a firm can improve on its Financial, Technical, Managerial and Operational business attributes of its enterprise integration implementation. The expertise of TPFDI staff can be contracted to assist in the enhancement effort so that all the value is received from the firm’s enterprise integration efforts.
Realization Support
Of Course, an enterprise integration does not end when the road map is put in place. The Independent Validation and Verification support is critical to staying on track AND realizing the business benefit of the enterprise integration.
